"Darci’s class was amazing. Her class gave me a deeper understanding and appreciation of Tai Chi. I also gained many insights and pointers when teaching to older participants and those with physical limitations. Darci’s analogies and descriptions also enabled me to sharpen my Tai Chi forms and skills."
